    A Microsoft based client application is installed on employee desktops, allowing robust functionality and automation of the industries mundane and complex tasks.  Unfortunately the Natural Gas Industry does not operate strictly between the hours of nine and five.  Therefore, users can login into an equally robust Java based web application that will allow users to perform same tasks, from the same SQL Server database, from anywhere in the world that can connect to the Internet.
